I have severe right abdominal pain¬ eating anything if i am eating the pain will be increased why in pregnancy.I saw pregnancy test will positive in kit.but have no symptoms of pregnancy.I eating &weight lifting daily.

If u r hvng pain and ur pregnancy test s positive. U need to do a serum beta hcg blood test and also ab ultrasound pelvis to rule out rare possibility of ectopic pregnancy.. Consult a nearby gynaecologist at the earliest.
