I'm not getting period and I've done the urine test too but the kit is showing only one line..I'm so confused..what to do? Last month of feb I got my periods on 8..and this month it's 10 days up

Do a beta hcg blood test.. You are on medications for hypothyroidism and pcos. Fluctuations in hormonal levels can also lead to delayed periods. Consult your gynaecologist there
