Hello you can start hormonal support and can wait for 15days and again go for ultrasound  for fetal heart

it goes more in favour of missed miscarriage.. however u cn wait for 1 week and get a repeat ultrasound done . if still cardiac activity s absent then u ll hv to go for medical termination of pregnancy
