1 ml of human semen contains millions of sperms. So even a drop of semen contains loads of sperms. We need only a single sperm to fertilise a single egg. So please do not worry about the loss of semen. You can wait for a few more months. If you are particular to conceive early just do a simple semen analysis and once if it’s ok and your wife’s periods are regular you can wait for 8-9 months before doing further investigations for both of you.
