HI doc .. my last lap was on 20th October. . Till now I haven't got my periods.I'm a overweight female.. I had pcos. . I got it treated by a doc.. 3 months I had periods on proper dates.. but after 3 months I missed.. I did a pregnancy test on 24.. 4 days after my due. .it came negative. . Did one last week... it came negative... doc asked me to do a sonography on 20th Dec. . I have no symptoms.. except lower back pain..constipation. .bad cold .. and sometimes vomiting sensation.. is it possible that I'm pregnant

Since the urine pregnancy test result was negative, you are unlikely to be pregnant. Sicne you have PCOS, consult a gynaecologist and follow the medication course as prescribed. Also, eat a well-nourished diet and do regular exercise to get relief from PCOS.
Pregnancy seems unlikely in your case. But you need to take steps to lose weight by diet and exercise. It is the single most effective thing in PCOS. Medicines will help along with that. Temporary illness can disturb periods as well. Get an ultrasound done as advised. You may need to be started on metformin as well, it will help with insulin resistance as well as weight loss
