It’s ok if you have not done much exercises .but you should be open to the options of modes of delivery both vaginal or surgery.other factors which will help your doctor to decide ( ofcourse with discussion with you) are the weight of baby, your pv finding and Bishop score, other comorbidities.anyway relax and be active at home ,do squatting and butterfly exercises and the best is trust your gynaecologist.

Normal Vaginal Delivery depends on many factors. 1. Maternal condition: Labor pain frequency & Intensity, Rate of dilatation, progress of labour ,CPD 2. Fetal condition: Babys Heart rate, NST during labour, Fetal distress,  Meconium passage 3. Liquor condition: Clear or Meconium stained. These all situations can be assessed during only and only labour. So please do not search answer here. Trust your Gynecologist. If everything goes good, Normal delivery is possible even though if u haven't done exercise.
