Hello Doctor i am 6 weeks pregnant and having mild stomach pain like menstrual cramps. Is it normal? Also having gas and constipation due which my stomach is aching. Can I take isabgol? Thank you.

Hi Mild menstrual cramps are normal but you should not ignore the following symptoms 1 if pain increases in amount and duration 2 if you start getting bleeding Do consult your doctor and keep an eye on stomach ache For constipation, I would advise you to go for 1 high fibre diet rich in fruits and vegetables which will it itself relieve constipation before going for isabgol
