Hi
Mild menstrual cramps are normal but you should not ignore the following symptoms
1 if pain increases in amount and duration
2 if you start getting bleeding
Do consult your doctor and keep an eye on stomach ache
For constipation, I would advise you to go for
1 high fibre diet rich in fruits and vegetables which will it itself relieve constipation before going for isabgol
