I think your LMP should be 11august not 11sept. And according to me your preg must be of 6weeks. So now you should confirm it by ultrasound  and then send the scan to me on Practo consult for treatment. Till that time you should start protein diet, liquids orally and fresh vegetables  and fruits, and small and frequent diet.

Your last period date is 11 September.You have done pregnancy test and it has come positive .How come it is possible.I think you did not remember properly.Get done ultrasonography to know the exact weeks of pregnancy.

In case of irregular periods, ultrasound for dating of pregnancy give accurate results...u can go for that..
