Hello Pregnancy is extremely unlikely. Fingering with precum on fingers does not usually cause pregnancy, and day 23 of a 26–28 day cycle is outside the fertile period.

Precum doesn’t contain sperms so pregnancy is not possible irrespective of days of cycle, but keeping in mind that every contraceptive method has some failures so that if pregnancy occurs it will be the failure of contraception not due to fingering..
