Pregnancy Fisrt week problems.

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My wife has missed her period of this Feb month and her pregnancy test came positive. one she experienced samll amount of bleeding after she came home from traveling also again same bleeding issue after we made relation. Bleeding is in very small amout and also she is feeling weakness inside he body and also there waist pain. Her period was due on 2nd Feb 2021. Earlier she not use to feel weak and also waist pain was also not there. Please suggest.
