First question is Do you want this pregnancy if you have conceived? If yes, please get your beta HCG level tested for confirmation of pregnancy. If you are pregnant you may seek a proper consultation with a Gynaecologist regarding the effect of viral fever on the pregnancy. If you don't want this pregnancy you should go ahead for MTP.
