Pregnancy expectation

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Having lh fsh harmone imbalance took medication myocyst and after stopping also I used to have irregular periods 40 - 50 days. Now I missed period 57days no pregnancy symptoms do pcos patients don't get symptoms. How to identify if we are actually pregnant without taking urine blood or any other test. Please suggest I am very much eager to know I am pregnant.
