  4. Pregnancy enquiry. Will vaccine affect?

My wife has taken 1st dose of CoviShield vaccine on 01 Apr 2021. Today on 01st May 2021, she tested for pregnancy and the kit says that she is pregnant. Please suggest, should she continue with pregnancy or not. 2nd dose of vaccine is still pending. Will vaccine affect ?
