Inter course in early pregnancy can cause infection and spotting or bleeding which might lead to miscarriage.so be cautious.first get an usg done to confirm the details of pregnancy which is important.

Hi. In first three months of pregnancy it is better to avoid sexual contact as sometimes it can cause infections .
