If your periods are regular you are 7.2 weeks pregnant today, you can consult nearby gynaecologist and get started with folic acid tablets and in case of morning sickness doxinate, there are few pregnancy blood tests which needs to be done, and a sonography (dating scan) to look for fetal viability and location. Next visit will be at 11-12 weeks (1 month later)
If your LMP was on 31st March then your gestation age is 7weeks 2days.You should consult gynecologist as early as possible to get your 1st usg scan and some basic blood test done. You Should start folic acid tablets for upto 3months.
