I am 4 week pregnant. It was not planned. So I want to know wat are the check ups I have to do. I had ipil then I missed my periods will it affect my pregnancy. My thyroyid is fluctuating bt m not taking any thyroyid tablets bt having vitamin tablets for the same. So please advise me the necessary things I have to do in the initial stages
