First of all would like to congratulate you on your pregnancy,,
Pregnancy is a journey of nine months. Our motto is to have a smooth and trouble free journey ,, but few hurdles here and there are bound to come , but with experience and knowledge we have to cross all hurdles .
Through out pregnancy we have to maintain
1) BP
2) blood sugar level
3) thyroid level
We these three parameters are ok
80% problem solved
You are provided with one ante natal schedule which you have to follow ,, I would track that chart , you also have to track the chart and test
And vaccine are given
According to that chart,
Many a time I omit few of the tests ( depends upon progress of patient)
Diet chart given , pls follow as much as you can
Little bit
Dizziness
Giddiness
Nausea
Vomiting
Mood swing
Lethargy
Normal in pregnancy
You have to tolerate it ,,
Normally it remain till 12 wks after that you body gets accustomed.
Regarding life style
1) no heavy work, little bit house hold work you can do
2) bending should be avoided
3) no exercise without medical supervision
4) meditation and yoga ( little bit) can be done
