According to my scan I'm 6 week 2 days now heart beat was seen today and doctor gave Heparin injection for me for this week I need to take alternative days from the next week twice a week for 4week y they have given this injection

Heparin injection is a blood thinner. Its given in women with APLA positive or history of recurrent miscarriages. This improves blood flow to the growing baby. However , if you notice any bleeding or spotting, skip the injection and meet your doctor.
