Please tell your height and weight, diet chart to be made according to your calculated BMI. Do you have any medical condition like diabetes or hypertension etc. ? You should add more protein to your food (pulses), eat fibe rich diet, green vegetables, daily one fruit, add milk. Avoid oily, spicy fried food, White flour (maida) in general.
