  4. Pregnancy details. Or my period is late?

My last period is 22 nov..I missed period this month.On 23 dec home pregnacy test was positive using preganews kit.But i feel like getting periods..mild period cramp is there in lower abodomen like PMS. I checked trice it gave positive result in home urine test.. planning to visit doctor after 10 days..Am i pregnant or my period is late? Please help me
