Better to plan pregnancy  before 30..to avoid maternal and fetal complications. In case you want to plan later, you need to get evaluated

Hi, As the age advances, there are multiple complications which may arise. For mother, there is high risk for diabetes, hypertension, decreased fertility as the age advances. For baby , there are chances for downs syndrome, low birth weight, preterm delivery, etc. so considering the risks, if you want to delay the pregnancy due to personal reasons.. u can delay but better to undergo full screening once u are ready for pregnancy.
Next Steps
Do serum AMH to know ur egg reserve
Health Tips
Stay healthy. Start folic acid tablets at least 1 month prior to planning of pregnancy
