My wife done ivf. After 14 days we took blood test it came 78miu/ml. Doctor said positive but low.he said it need to confirm again
After 2 days need to check the blood test again.
My doubt is why the value having low.is there any problem?

Many times in early pregnancy the value s low..repeat in 48hrs...it should increase substantially..
But also it could be indicative of a past hcg injection if any that was given in this cycle before egg retreival..
