Pregnancy confirmation

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I haven't got my periods this month. I was supposed to get by 29th August .Last time I had my periods on 29th July. Earlier I had irregular periods. Post wedding I was getting perioids regular. Now it's more that 15days I dint get periods yet. I have done the pregnancy test using Apollo UPT. The result is negative. How can I confirm the Pregnancy?
