I got urine pregnancy test today it's negitive and before periods gone the home test it's negitive now I suffer with headache and noisee, is required to check the beta hcg test?

Headache and nausea could be due to acidity ,however a betahcg blood pregnancy test is done as sometimes home pregnancy kits show false results.
