Even after i missed my period this is 3rd day im still having lower abdomen and back pain can you tell me why am i getting this pain am i really pregnant how to confirm when should i test again ?? Today i checked and there appeared a weak line after 5mins .. what does that mean can anyone explain me in detail ?

Weak urine test need to rule out ectopic pregnancy so contact doctor so that she can confirm that everything is ok

Weak line indicate low levels of hcg in urine. Either you have done it too early or it was not the early morning sample. But it still signifies a positive result
