Pregnancy Concern - I Have Around 5+ Week Pregnancy, Hcg Levels

I have around 5+ week pregnancy, HCG levels 3100 , My doctor said she can't find any pregnancy in ultrasound. I also have cramps and brownish bleeding from 2 days less than normal period. What could be the situation. I am worried about no visible signs in scanning.
