Pregnancy complication. N really sad. i!

Hi i am 7week n 2days pregnant. I went for an ultra sound two days back. Doc said she has a bad news for me as in the report there was single gestational sac in the central uterine cavity.and FETAL NODE, YOLK SAC , FETAL HEARTBEAT NOT SEEN.Doc said that baby's growth has stopoed on 5weeks n 5 days. She said that i also have some bleeding inside. 'Internel os' is closed i dont know whats dat, but i never had any kind of sharp pain or fever or bleeding. i am feeling too much tired. Doc said that she will do an another ultrasound next week. But in the report the conclusion was MISSED ABORTION. Doc said after one week if there will no progress or growth she will abort my child. Is there any chance for my baby's growth i am worried about n really sad. I
