Pregnancy clarification

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am advised to take ecosprin 75 in the afternoon after food and I take it immediately after food. Currently 5th month going on My doubt is , is it the right time to take, when if I take it's more effective?! Kindly advise me Till now my all reports are absolutely good Except tendency of getting BP in third trimester So I am little worried Kindly reply me asap doctor Thank you
