Pregnancy chances in pcos

I am a patient of pcod, my periods are usually irregular its been 7 months since i didn't menstruate.me and my boyfriend cuddled but we have had no intercourse ,can this be a sign of pregnancy? And i also feel something bursting in my stomach and i didn't take any prega test as i seemed it to be a common symptom of not getting periods in pcod
