Pregnancy chances
I had sex on day 6 of cycle, suspected a tear in condom so took an ipill early next morning. and around 6 days later I had light to medium bleeding for 3 days. on day 20 after sex I took a home urine test which came out negative. today I'm on day 30 of cycle. haven't gotten period yet and have mild nausea. I also have a sore throat so im not sure what the nausea is from. is there still chance of pregnancy? or should I just wait it out

• Sex on day 6 of cycle → usually non-fertile period • i-pill taken within 24 hrs → very effective protection • Bleeding after 6 days → likely withdrawal bleeding due to emergency pill • Urine pregnancy test negative at day 20 → reliable result ✅ Advice: • Wait 5–7 more days for periods • Repeat urine pregnancy test if periods don’t come by day 35–40 💡 Overall: Pregnancy possibility is extremely unlikely.

Emergency pills are known to cause irregular vaginal bleeding so the medium bleeding that you experienced for 3 days was a side effect called withdrawl bleeding Pregnancy test can be done in a regular 30 days cycle not before day 31 you did a pregnancy test on Day 26 which was wrongly timed Repeat pregnancy test on day 31 if you have regular cycles if it is negative the reason for the delay is the emergency contraceptive pill and you can take a medicine to help you get your periods

Since intercourse was on day 6 (low-fertile period) and you took i-pill within 24 hours, the chance of pregnancy is very low. The bleeding 6 days later is likely withdrawal bleeding due to the i-pill. A negative urine pregnancy test 20 days after sex is reliable. Delay in periods, nausea, and mild symptoms are common side effects of i-pill or due to stress/viral illness (sore throat). Advice: You can wait a few more days. If periods don’t come in 5–7 days, repeat a urine test or do a blood β-hCG for reassurance.
