Pregnancy chances. The above treatment?

I am 34 years old. For past 6-8 months I have been trying to conceive. As per doctor's advice I took amh,fsh,lh and prolactin test on 2nd day of period. My amh level is 0.95 which according to my doctor is very low and that is main reason that I am not being able to conceive. I have also taken a hycosy test which shows that my tubes are not blocked. I have no fibroid or polyp. Doctor has advised me to take ovigyn d3,fol 123, duphastonmedicines. I have also been advised to take lupi fsh 75 injection on day 3,5&7 of my cycle and take follicular monitoring test from day 10 onwards. If follicle size reaches 18-20mm then hcg injection has to be injected. Doctor has advised me to do this for 3-6cycles. Is there chance to conceive naturally by following the above treatment or do I have to go for ivf? Is my amh level too low to conceive naturally? What are the chances of conceiving naturally by following the above treatment?
