My wife is admitted to hospital because of high bp. Her BP is 150/85. Doctor says that if the bp subsides then we can go for C section. Or if we want to wait, we can wait in our risk ?
Will the baby survive, if we go for C section at this time ?
Can we wait for the EDD which is 13 Sept as given earlier ?
The scan was done a week ago on 18 August

Her LMP is 24 November. That gives the due date of delivery as 31 August. I don't know where the date of 13 September as due date has come.
She is already 37 weeks completed . Not much can be gained by waiting further. The baby weight is already 2.5 kg .
I think she should have a Caesarean within one week .
If her bp is high you cannot wait till her edd
She needs to be admitted and should take treatment for her increased bp
C section is not only the option for delivery can even go for normal delivery to tell all these information u need to know more information from you
Please understand that the ultimate objective is safe mother and safe child . She is full term and baby is matured as per the gestation. Then no extra benefit by waiting till due date . Not necessarily I can say to go for lscs directly but delivery has to be planned if it is suggestive of pre eclampsia
Be under close observation with nearby Obstetrician and better to consult physically for clinical examination.
As we cannot surely assure u bcoz hypertension in 3rd trimester should be treatment on priority.
To avoid risk to fetus
