My last period was on 5th of March. I was supposed to be 46 days pregnant.but my ultrasound says I am only 5 weeks 1 day pregnant. there is no heartbeat. only a sack is present. I have period cramps, back pain, all kinds of mood swings and increased bowel movement. is it normal?

Repeat a scan after 1 week to 10 days and see if cardiac activity has appeared or not.
Many times delayed conception can also occur which gives this sort of a picture
