I am pregnant. Today is 48th day of pregnancy. In 42nd day light bleeding like starting of periods. Consulting my do8and take scan.in scan report says sac is mildly irregular 1.33 cm it shows 5 week and 1 days. No home sac and fetal pole .it is sign a miss carriage?
