I am in the weight 64 kgs and height 5 4 I have married before four months we are planning to have baby I am regularly going walking for 1 hr and playing badminton for 1 hr recently I have seen after completing my walking and playing I can see lite bleeding and white discharge I am very afraid about the pregnancy wil it become big issue of my health I am also having thyroid I am taking 50 mcg it is normal plzzz suggest me what should I do regularly walking but my leg is paning a lot I also feel stressed about my weight

You should start taking multivitamin containing folic acid and also calcium tablets fr weakness and pain legs. Also do excercise in graded manner , rather than pushing oneself. This will not continue for long then. Weight loss is necessary Bleeding may b because of periods or some local cause. Get yourself evaluated

You should consult a gynaecologist , get examination done , infections need to be ruled out , also any urinary symptoms as well ?.Get ur TSH done to ensure that thyroid is well controlled, you can lose little weight need not lose a lot to be in your ideal range ( BMI 24.4 ) , try to do that through diet modification , walk for 30 min instead of an hour . Badminton maybe high impact perhaps start that once ur muscles have more strength !
