Pregnancy and periods problem. We do!

Hello Doctor My name is Omkar work in police department as a sub inspector of police. I am getting recently married. The problem is when we r physically attached each other her periods time will increased 15 to 20 days. But she is not getting pregnancy. At the same time we are physically not attached she is getting periods with in the time. Last month she is getting periods after 47 days. Two months back consult the gynochologist. They are doing pregnancy test and they r saying pregnancy symptoms are there but wait a week and come again. After one week we r going to hospital again and doing pregnancy test the result is negative. Than they are doing scannin test . Finally doctor was saying she is not  a pregnant but water bubble r there in her uterusah. Please kindly help me what can we do Thanking u sir/madam
