Im pregnant 8 months and 7days , feeling pain and pressure on my vagina since 4 days , body ache and unable to see from 2 days ...Is these are coming delivery symptoms or else ..How to know labour time is coming soon..Kindly give guide in details please.. Really helping us..thanks

Usually pregnancy is called full term after completion of 38 weeks. U will start to feel intermittent sessions of pains. As u progress towards delivery, the duration and intensity of pains may increase. Some experience no increase in intensity of pains too. U can help to progress the process urself by doing moderate excercises like partial situps, Brisk walking etc Better to get the consultation of gynaecologist
