Went and had an MRI done for my back and it came back saying pregnancy is seen. But took a test and it says no is there a chance I could be !?

That is not possible if MRI report is showing that you are pregnant that means you are pregnant... there is some confusion with the test ...get yourself examined by a gynecologist near you for clinical examination and further management
