My wife is around 7 weeks pregnant. Her diet has also reduced. She also feels a bit of weakness these days. Please suggest a good diet plan for her.

In early pregnancy it's normal to have loss of appetite.  Its advisable to take small frequent meals.avoid coffee, papaya , pineapple.  Eat whatever you like. Increase intake of high calorie meals like fruits, oats , drinks etc.

You can give plenty of liquids in form of coconut water, cucumber, milk, curd, lassi, all green vegetables  and fruits. Can add Glucon D if diet is inadequate.
