Pregnancy and Akt-2
I was detected pamp positive in endobiopsy for which i went treatment of akt-2 tablets for 6 months, what are the chances of getting pregnant naturally.. should we consider alternative plans like ivf or iui please advise

The chances are good if the tubes are open
You can go for a test called HSG to look at the tubal patency
If at least one of the tubes is open you can try natural conception for two cycles
If it feels you can go for IUI
If both the tubes are blocked you can go with Ivf
