Hi It was unwise if you both not to use contraception. However if you have delivered normally you may continue the pregnancy. Complete your family. In any case ur baby has had 6 months of breastfeeding and can be weaned now. You need to visit your gyne as soon as possible to get your blood tests and ultrasound done. Don't be sad or confused. It will be difficult but with the help of your family you can manage both babies adequately. You must follow your doctor's instructions and take the proper medicine to prevent anemia etc. Pls do let me know what you decide. I wish you all the best.
