This is for my wife 32 yrs second pregnancy 6week 6 days today blood spot then bleeding doctor done usg which shows live single foetus with subchroinic collection size 12*12*12 mm doctor give injection of progesterone and hcg and prescribed injection weekly for 2 months but still it's bleeding usg foetal pulse 143 bpm

Complete Bed Rest Start Tab Ceftum 500 mg twice daily after food x 5 days to prevent infection Repeat Ultrasound after 1 week Start Tab Duphaston 10 mg twice daily till 12 weeks Inj. Prosterone and HCG to continue weekly Also Do Thyroid profile, HbA1C, Urine Routine microscopy to rule out hormonal imbalance and infection respectively
