Pregnancy 40th week
My wife has completed 9 months and 3 days of her pregnancy. Foetal movements and growth are normal until now. But, she is not experiencing labour pains and the consulting doc informed us that the baby head is still slightly tilted and away for natural contractions to occur. Need help to understand if normal delivery could be expected !!!

If baby movements are good going no need to worry about labour pains.... Still you can wait n watch for 4-5  days more if status is not changed. If she feels movements have decreased or profuse watery discharges starts without any pain  or only backache she complaints or there's increased frequency of urination suddenly..... You should contact the gynaecologist immediately.
