Good morning sir/ madam. In the year 2020 my wife got boy twins baby, non identical twins, unfortunately both baby died due to premature delivery. Now she is pregnant again, there is a chance of getting twins again?
My Wife age is 32. My age is 38. Still we didn't went for scan. This is the 6th week, and we are planning to go around 12 th week for scanning.

You should go for scan immediately. If you delay this and pregnancy becomes big, there are more chances of getting wrong report.
So the earliest scans are the best scans for diagnosis of twinse.
