I spotted in first two initial days of my period .and now I am not bleeding or spotting .is this sign of pregnancy?

Without confirmation how can I should tell.First do pregnancy test either by urine or blood test.Blood test is Bhcg .It is confirmatory test.If negative means no pregnancy then consult to gynaecologist and take medicine for withdrawal bleeding.
