Pregnançy or menses. What you suggest?

Hi.. i would like to discuss about pregnancy and menses. last menses date was 29 march and end at 2nd april.. bleeding days are 3 days... last time i was on medicine clomid for 50mg for 5 days and follic acid 5mg for whole month...  as i have 28 days cycle on 27th april just spotting observed at night and next day spotting also... 29 april spotting also observed... 30 april there was again spotting and i went for check up... doctor dis ultra sound and urine test... upt was negative but in ultrasound there is early intrauterine pregnancy..  gas sac was 0.8 mm....she put me on duphoston and follic acid......  now situation is today morning there is small bleeding with blood clots or may be there is small meat piece... i hve pain in lower abdomen cramps and even cant lay on sides... just straight forward i can rest.. is it misscarriage or what .. what you suggest?  many thanks
