Beforeca week i can see faint line as in picture...now I'm unable to see both the line...can I know is I'm pregnant or not.

If 2 colored lines appear, 1 as the testing line and 1 as the control line, the test is positive and you can assume you are pregnant. Even if the lines are very light in color, you can still assume you are pregnant.
If only one line that is control line is positive (that is seen in your photo) then the test is negative.
And if no lines is seen then the test is invalid .. and you have to repeat the test
