Dear doctor. My period date was july 28th. My chycling is aug 23. Now i didn't receive period yet.  today morning i took pregnency test.  Its positivi.  I want to concieve. What to do? I need advise. Plz help me.

Now you are pregnant because test has positive.Meet to gynaecologist and take medicine.Folic acid is compulsory.Get done TSH level.After 2 weeks get done ultrasonography to know the condition of baby.
