First you need an ultrasound to confirm the localisation of the pregnancy.
Abortifacient pills if taken in an ectopic pregnancy can lead to very serous complications.

Should not use without consulting gynaecologist. Even in the kit it is written not to use without gynaecologist prescription. Before using ultrasound has to be done and done basic blood test has to be done. Tablets have lot of side effects and 3% failure rate too.
