Hello I m 10weeks 5 days pregnant with twins some time I feel cramping nd back pain is this normal... I had done my scan report is normal ... Pls advice me bcoz it was my first pregnancy

Some amount of cramping is normal during pregnancy... however but if you feel that the pain is to severe it could be either due to urine infection or a sign of a threatened abortion... so it is advisable to get your self examine by your gynecologist
